Terms of Service

Last updated: October 12, 2026

1. Introduction

This website, https://voncomedia.com/ (the “Site”), is operated by Viaburst Inc., doing business as Vonco Media (“Vonco Media,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Site and participation in our website-related communication programs. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Site.

Paid services, software subscriptions and client projects may be governed by separate agreements. These website terms do not replace those agreements.

2. Eligibility

Our website and business services are intended for individuals aged 18 or older.

If you act on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to submit inquiries and provide information on its behalf.

3. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and handle personal information:

https://voncomedia.com/privacy-policy

Using the Site does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing text messages. Consent for communications requiring permission is obtained separately.

4. Service Inquiries and Agreements

Vonco Media provides website design, AI search visibility, SEO, digital marketing, automation and related business technology services.

Submitting a form, requesting information or participating in a strategy call does not create a paid service agreement or commit either party to a purchase.

Project scope, pricing, payment schedules, deliverables, cancellation terms and other service conditions are established in a separate proposal, order or agreement.

If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these website terms concerning the services covered by that agreement, the signed agreement controls.

5. Mobile and SMS Messaging

Vonco Media Contact and Notifications Program

When you opt in, Vonco Media may send text messages concerning your inquiries, strategy calls, appointment confirmations, reminders and service updates.

If you separately consent to marketing messages, we may also send information about offers, services and promotions.

Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message categories depend on the permissions you provide.

Consent

Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

Providing a telephone number or using the Site does not, by itself, authorize marketing text messages.

Opt-Out

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to the number that sent the message.

After you opt out, you may receive a final message confirming your unsubscribe request. Further program messages will stop unless you subsequently provide a new valid opt-in.

To rejoin, complete the applicable opt-in process again.

Support

Reply HELP to a message for assistance.

You can also request messaging support through https://voncomedia.com/#contact

Include “SMS Support” in your message.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies according to your requests, appointments, services and communication preferences.

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to or received from Vonco Media. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your messaging or data plan.

Carrier Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, device and network availability.

Privacy

Our handling of mobile information and text-message consent is described in our Privacy Policy:

https://voncomedia.com/privacy-policy

6. Website Access and Permitted Use

You may access and use the Site for lawful personal or business purposes, including evaluating our services and contacting us.

This permission does not transfer ownership of Site content or authorize unauthorized resale, republication or exploitation of our materials.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or violations of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise identified, Site content, branding, graphics, text and other materials are owned by Viaburst Inc. or used with permission from their owners.

You may view the Site and share links to its public pages. You may not copy, sell, republish or distribute substantial portions of our content without permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

Third-party names, trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Ownership and permitted use of client deliverables are addressed in the applicable service agreement.

8. Information You Submit

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate and that you have permission to provide it.

You authorize us to use submitted information as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, evaluate your request or provide agreed services, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Submitting information through an inquiry form does not transfer ownership of your materials or grant us permission to publish them as advertising, testimonials or case studies.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information through general website forms.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data.
  • Upload or transmit malware or harmful code.
  • Interfere with the Site’s operation or security.
  • Use forms or communication features to send spam.
  • Infringe the rights of others.
  • Use automated access in a manner that disrupts the Site, bypasses access controls or collects personal information without authorization.

This restriction does not prohibit ordinary search-engine or AI-discovery indexing of public pages in accordance with applicable access controls.

10. Third-Party Tools and Links

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, platforms and services, including supporting technology provided through IKON Suite.

Independent third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies and availability requirements. Their inclusion does not transfer ownership or control of those services to Vonco Media.

Integration capabilities and third-party service requirements are addressed during project planning or in the relevant service agreement.

11. Website Information and Availability

We aim to keep Site information accurate and useful, but content may be updated, become outdated or contain errors.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties relating to the Site, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free website access.

Statements about our services describe our capabilities and approach. They do not establish a guarantee of specific search rankings, AI mentions, leads or revenue.

Any express commitments concerning paid services are governed by the applicable service agreement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Viaburst Inc. and Vonco Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Liability relating to paid services is governed by the applicable service agreement and applicable law.

13. Responsibility for Misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Viaburst Inc. and its officers and employees against third-party claims, losses and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, infringement of another party’s rights or material violation of these terms.

This provision does not apply to claims caused by our own unlawful conduct.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any court proceedings concerning these website terms will be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Lee County, Florida, unless applicable law requires a different forum.

Dispute provisions in a separate signed service agreement apply to the services covered by that agreement.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our website, services or practices change.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

Updated terms apply prospectively. Separate signed service agreements are not amended merely by updating this page.

16. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site when reasonably necessary to address violations of these terms, unlawful conduct or security risks.

Termination of website access does not, by itself, determine cancellation or refund rights under a separate service agreement.

17. Severability

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

18. Entire Agreement

These terms and the referenced Privacy Policy describe the conditions governing use of the Site.

Separate proposals, orders and service agreements govern the paid services covered by those documents.
